In-kind sponsorships: If cash sponsorship isn't a fit, we'd love to talk about product donations for the raffle, swag bag fillers, or service-based partnerships. Reach out and we'll figure out something that works for both sides.

The raffle prize program.

If a tiered sponsorship doesn't fit but you'd like to send something for the raffle, we will absolutely take it. Gift cards, product, swag, stickers โ€” anything goes.

Headline Prizes

A wheel set, coilover kit, ECU tune, exhaust system โ€” anything visible and aspirational. The kind of prize people drive across three states for. Your brand becomes the story of the day for whoever wins it.

Mid-Tier Prizes

Single product items โ€” a shift knob, an intake, a set of LED bulbs, a $100โ€“$300 gift card. Big enough to get excited about, easy enough for most companies to send.

Swag Bag Items

Stickers, t-shirts, hats, lanyards, keychains, pens โ€” anything you have around the warehouse. Goes into attendee swag bags so your brand is in their hands all day.

In return: sponsor recognition on day-of signage, your name announced during the raffle drawing, and listing on this website as a 2026 raffle contributor.

How it works

Easy process.

2. We Confirm Details

Quick call or email exchange to finalize what you're sending, what we'll do for recognition, and timing.

3. Day of the Show

Your logo goes up, your products get displayed or raffled, your booth gets set up. Verbal recognition throughout the day and during awards.

4. Post-Event Follow-Up

We'll email you a thank-you with attendance numbers and an honest accounting of how the day went, so we can plan next year together.
